Shipping policy

5.1 Delivery The cost of delivery will depend on the following factors; a) The weight of your order b) The size of your order c) Where you would like the order to be delivered. Note we only deliver to all postcode areas in England and Wales with the exception of the Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly

5.2 The buyers order will be dispatched once payment has been made and will be delivered within 1-3 business working days dependent on the size of your order.

5.3 Orders requested for overseas delivery including Scotland, Ireland and Northern Ireland are to be requested via our email at thedriednatural@gmail.com

5.4 If there is an error or incorrect delivery address submitted after ordering you must notify us as soon as possible. Please note The Dried Natural LTD are not liable for any lost or damaged goods if we are not notified before the goods have been collected for delivery. You may also need to pay a further delivery charge if we are required to re-send your order to the new correct delivery address that has been provided. This will be decided by our management team upon facing such scenarios.
