3. Ordering

3.1 Orders may be placed through our website using the online checkout process.

3.2 Once an order has been successfully placed, an order confirmation will be sent by email to the email address provided by the Buyer.

3.3 The Dried Natural Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraudulent activity or other reasonable business justification.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our website may exclude VAT. Where applicable, VAT will be clearly shown during the checkout process and on the relevant invoice.

4.2 Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown separately during the checkout process before the order is confirmed.

4.3 Payment may be made using the payment methods available at checkout, including credit/debit card or PayPal.

4.4 Orders must be paid for in full before products are dispatched, unless a separate credit agreement has been agreed in writing between The Dried Natural Limited and the Buyer.

4.5 Where a refund is approved, it will normally be made using the original payment method.

4.6 Minimum Order Quantities: Our online shop operates primarily on a business-to-business basis. Minimum order quantities may therefore apply to certain products and will be displayed during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery charges may depend on the weight, dimensions and destination of the order.

5.2 We currently deliver to postcode areas within England and Wales, subject to applicable delivery restrictions. Certain locations, including the Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly, may be subject to additional restrictions or charges.

5.3 Orders will normally be dispatched after payment has been received and, where applicable, are expected to be delivered within 1–3 working days, depending on the size and destination of the order.

5.4 Deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland or destinations outside our standard delivery areas should be requested by contacting us before placing the order. Additional delivery charges or conditions may apply.

5.5 The Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

5.6 If the Buyer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, they must notify us as soon as possible. We cannot accept responsibility for goods that are lost, delayed or returned as a result of an incorrect delivery address where we were not notified before dispatch.

5.7 Where an order needs to be re-dispatched due to an incorrect address supplied by the Buyer, an additional delivery charge may apply.

6. Website Information and Pricing Errors

6.1 We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, prices, photographs and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

6.2 However, occasional errors may occur, including incorrect pricing, product descriptions or availability information.

6.3 If an order has been placed using an incorrect price or information, we may contact the Buyer and offer the option to cancel the affected order or proceed at the correct price.

6.4 We are not obliged to supply products at a price that has been displayed incorrectly due to an obvious error.

7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

7.1 Because our products are predominantly food products intended for consumption, returns and cancellations are subject to the nature and condition of the goods.

7.2 Any request to cancel or amend an order should be made as soon as possible by contacting us by email at thedriednatural@gmail.com or by telephone on 07925 787879, quoting the relevant order number.

7.3 Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Any request made after dispatch will be considered in accordance with the applicable law and the specific circumstances of the order.

Food Products and Opened Packaging

7.4 For food safety, hygiene and product integrity reasons, food products cannot be accepted for return or refund where the original packaging or seal has been opened, broken or tampered with, except where the product is defective, damaged, contaminated or otherwise does not comply with the order or applicable legal requirements.

7.5 Once a food product's original packaging has been opened, the product is considered unsuitable for return and resale due to food hygiene and safety considerations.

7.6 This restriction does not affect the Buyer's statutory rights in relation to products that are genuinely faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not as described.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

7.7 Any damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods must be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible and, where possible, within 5 working days of delivery, together with relevant details and photographs where appropriate.

7.8 Where we request the return of a product in connection with a genuine damage or defect claim, the product must be returned securely packaged and, where reasonably requested, using an appropriate tracked delivery service.

7.9 Products returned will be inspected by The Dried Natural Limited to establish the condition of the goods and the circumstances of the claim.

7.10 If we determine that the product is genuinely defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

7.11 We will not normally accept responsibility for damage caused after delivery through inappropriate storage, handling, use or other actions by the Buyer.

7.12 The Buyer should follow all storage instructions stated on the product packaging.

7.13 Where a return is required because the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, reasonable return delivery costs may be reimbursed where applicable.

7.14 The Buyer is responsible for returning goods where a return has been agreed, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by The Dried Natural Limited.

8. Business-to-Business Orders

8.1 Our website and online sales service are primarily intended for business-to-business customers.

8.2 Where the Buyer is purchasing products for business purposes, the parties acknowledge that certain consumer-specific rights may not apply in the same way as they would to a consumer purchase.

8.3 Business customers are responsible for checking products upon delivery and notifying us promptly of any discrepancies, visible damage or incorrect items.

9. Registration and Customer Accounts

9.1 A Buyer should only create one customer account using their genuine business or personal details.

9.2 If login details are forgotten, the Buyer may contact us for assistance with account recovery.

9.3 Any promotional offer intended for new customers applies only to genuinely new customers and may be subject to additional conditions.

9.4 Existing customers must not create multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining new-customer promotional offers.

10. Privacy and Personal Information

10.1 When using our website or placing an order, the Buyer may be required to provide information such as their name, business details, contact information, delivery address and payment information.

10.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

10.3 We do not sell customers' personal information to third parties.

10.4 Payment card information is processed through appropriate payment service providers. We do not normally store full payment card details on our own systems.

10.5 The Buyer is responsible for keeping their account login information secure and should not share their login details with unauthorised third parties.

11. Unauthorised Orders and Payment

11.1 If the Buyer believes that an order has been placed without their authorisation, they should contact us immediately.

11.2 We will investigate any reported unauthorised transaction and take appropriate action based on the circumstances and information available.

11.3 Where an order has already been dispatched, the resolution of any payment dispute will be considered in accordance with the applicable payment provider's procedures and applicable law.

12. Allergens and Cross-Contamination

12.1 Product information, including allergen information, will be provided where applicable.

12.2 Although we take appropriate steps to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, our products are handled and packed in an environment where various ingredients and allergens may be present.

12.3 These may include, among others, nuts, peanuts, seeds, gluten and other allergens.

12.4 Customers with food allergies or intolerances should review the relevant product information carefully and contact us before ordering if they require further information regarding allergens or potential cross-contamination.

12.5 We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens where those allergens are present within our wider production or packing environment.

13. Product Information and Storage

13.1 Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. The appearance, colour, size and presentation of individual food products may vary naturally.

13.2 The Buyer is responsible for following the storage instructions, best-before information and other instructions displayed on the product packaging.

13.3 Products should be stored in accordance with the conditions specified on their packaging.

14. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

14.1 We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

14.2 The latest version will be published on our website and will apply to orders placed after the updated version has been published.

14.3 We recommend that customers review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

15.2 Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law.
